Pricing FAQ
Is this one-time payment or subscription?
One-time payment for the initial build. From year 2 onward, you only pay domain + hosting renewal starting from Rp 790,000/year. No recurring service fees or hidden 'monthly maintenance' costs.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Launch: 50% deposit at kickoff + 50% at launch (5 working days). Scale-Up: 40/30/30 (deposit / mid-milestone / final). Bespoke: terms tied to project milestones. Bank transfer or company invoice (with/without VAT).
Is VAT (PPN 11%) included? What about official tax invoices?
Depends on your needs. We issue non-VAT invoices by default (prices above are net). If you need a tax-registered invoice (PKP), VAT 11% is added per Indonesian regulations — coordinate with your finance team at contract signing.
What if I'm not satisfied mid-project?
Before 50% milestone: 50% refund of deposit paid. After 50% milestone: no refund, but all completed deliverables (code, design, content) are handed over to you. Guarantee is in the contract before you sign.
Why more expensive than a Rp 1M freelancer?

Any hidden costs after launch?
No. Only domain + hosting renewal (from Rp 790k/year, you can migrate away anytime — you own the code) and optional add-ons you choose yourself (see the 'Other Costs' table above). Everything line-itemed before signing.
Do you serve clients outside Tangerang?
Yes, same price across Indonesia. We already work with clients in Jakarta (SCBD, Kemang, Kuningan, Kelapa Gading), Surabaya, and other cities remotely. For on-site work outside Greater Jakarta, travel costs are quoted separately.
What's included in 'Year-2 renewal from Rp 790k'?
.com domain renewal (~Rp 250k) + hosting + maintenance (~Rp 540k). That's it. No 'maintenance fee' or 'platform fee'. If you ever want to self-host, we hand over all code and content — zero lock-in.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), Xendit virtual account, and credit card for the Launch package (via Stripe/Xendit gateway). For Bespoke or enterprise clients: PO invoice with TOP 14 or TOP 30 net terms. Every payment includes an official invoice — PKP (with 11% VAT) or non-PKP options, coordinated at contract signing.
If I stop renewing, can I still get the code + content handed over later?
Yes. Within 24 months of your last active renewal, we hand over code + content + credentials at no extra cost. After 24 months: Rp 1M admin fee to re-package the dev/staging environment and run a handoff call. Ownership remains 100% yours — the fee only covers engineer time to reactivate the project.
