• Profile claimed and verified by Google
• Primary category: Gym (for general gyms), Yoga Studio (for yoga-first studios), Pilates Studio (for pilates)
• Secondary categories: Fitness Center, Personal Trainer, Yoga/Pilates Studio (whichever isn't primary)
• Business description at 750 characters with class schedule highlights
• Each class type listed as a separate service: Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Spinning, Personal Training, etc.
• Class schedule information included in service descriptions
• Accurate opening hours
• Website URL linked and live
• Messaging enabled

Photos

• Cover photo: class in session with energy and movement visible
• Logo uploaded in square format
• Equipment and training floor photos (clean, organised)
• Locker room photos if presentable
• Instructor photos with certifications
• Member transformation before/after (with explicit written consent)
• Exterior and parking photos

Reviews

• 10+ Google reviews with 4.0+ average rating
• Most recent review within last 30 days
• All reviews responded to within 24 hours
• Review link included in new member onboarding WhatsApp message
• Review request sent when member hits a visible fitness milestone
• Class WhatsApp group review request sent once per term

Citations & NAP

• Canonical NAP identical across all platforms
• Listed on: Google Maps, Apple Maps, Bing Places, Facebook
• ClassPass listing with consistent NAP (if applicable)
• No duplicate GBP listings exist

Website Signals

• Local page with "gym / yoga studio [kota]" in title and H1
• SportsActivityLocation or LocalBusiness schema implemented
• Mobile page speed 90+
• NAP on contact page matches GBP exactly

Ongoing Activity

• Weekly GBP post: Monday class schedule or mid-week instructor spotlight
• GBP insights reviewed monthly
• Seasonal campaign planned for January (New Year) and post-Ramadan
