- Profile claimed and verified by Google
- Primary category set to Dentist (not Medical Clinic, Health, or Business)
- Secondary categories added: Dental Clinic, Cosmetic Dentist, Orthodontist (only if offered)
- Business description written at 750 characters — primary keyword in first sentence
- All services listed individually with descriptions: Scaling, Whitening, Braces, Extraction, Root Canal, Implants
- Accurate opening hours including lunch break and public holidays
- Primary phone number is correct and answered
- Website URL linked and live
- WhatsApp / messaging enabled
Photos
- Cover photo high-resolution (1080×608px) — treatment room or reception
- Logo uploaded in square format
- 3+ treatment room photos (clean, well-lit, no clutter)
- Exterior and building signage photos uploaded
- Individual dentist and staff photos added
- Before/after photos uploaded (written patient consent obtained for each)
- At least 1 video uploaded (30-second clinic walkthrough or procedure with consent)
Reviews
- 10+ Google reviews with 4.0+ average rating
- Most recent review within the last 30 days
- All reviews have an owner response within 24 hours
- Review link shared with every patient post-appointment (WhatsApp or QR code)
- Review response mentions specific treatment by name (for keyword reinforcement)
Citations & NAP
- Canonical NAP defined and documented (exact name, address, phone format)
- GBP listing matches canonical NAP exactly
- Listed on: Halodoc, Alodokter, KlikDokter, SehatQ
- Listed on: Google Maps, Apple Maps, Bing Places, Facebook
- PDGI directory listing (if applicable)
- No duplicate GBP listings (checked via Google search)
Website Signals
- Website has a local page with "[city] dentist / dokter gigi [kota]" in title, H1, and body copy
