Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of the Sastro mobile app (io.eranya.sastro) published by Eranya Digital ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Sastro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sastro on devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the app's source code, except where the law permits it
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others or our services
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or circumvent its security measures

Your Account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.

You can delete your account at any time — see How to delete your Sastro account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Purchases

Sastro offers optional in-app purchases, processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store — we never see your payment details. Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds are handled under the respective store's refund policy; for help, contact us at hello@eranya.digital.

Advertising

The free version of Sastro is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third-party networks; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.

Disclaimer for Sastro

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sastro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eranya Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Sastro. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We may also revise these terms; the current version is always available on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
